• Google Analytics 4: measures traffic, pages viewed, time on site, device type, and approximate location.
• Google Tag Manager: a tool that loads measurement and advertising tags on the Site. It is managed together with our marketing partner, Ever Bridal.
• Microsoft Clarity: records how visitors use the Site, including mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and taps, and creates session replays and heatmaps. Clarity masks text you type into form fields. We use it to find and fix problems with the Site.
• LeadConnector (HighLevel), operated for us by Ever Bridal: the tour request, brochure, and contact forms on the Site are hosted by this service. The name, email, phone number, event details, and anything else you enter go into that system so our team and Ever Bridal can follow up with you by phone, text, or email.
• Vercel: hosts the Site. It processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and collects anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics (Vercel Analytics).
• Sentry: collects technical error reports when something on the Site breaks, which can include your browser type, the page you were on, and your IP address.
• Resend: delivers emails we send in response to your inquiries.

We use this information to:

• Analyze website traffic and user behavior.
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
• Deliver targeted advertisements (remarketing) to you on third-party platforms like Google and Facebook.
• Respond to tour requests and event inquiries.
